I saw this amazing spray but I wasn't fond of the green bar under the spray and the deformed picture so here you go, a better version (in my opinion) of course

don't you need a .vmt file also for it to work? I need it at least because the spray importer for me is broken somehow (can't navigate to other folders)

no, if it workes fne you should put it in prgrammfiles>steam>steamapps>username>teamfortress.>tf>materials>vgui>logos 
and than select it in options
