Might want to make some, or all, of the other stuff updatable too (title, preview, credits, tags, description, screenshots).

Yeah, it would be great if you allowed users to update their sprays.
But be sure to have an update history displayed on the spray page, and require that a reason be given for each update.
Example:
Updated June 14, 2010
Reason: Added an instructions file to help people install the spray.
Updated June 2, 2010:
Reason: Added a blue team version of the spray.
Updated June 1, 2010
Reason: Image quality improved.
Updated May 11, 2010
Reason: Image brightened so that it will show up better in low lighting.
Updated May 10, 2010
Reason: Spelling error corrected.

Send the fixed files, preview / downloadable to info[at]gamesprays.com. I really should make it so you can update it on your own.
