Hey there, you must unrar the file (I think you need winrar for this) and then place the 2 files it gives in this folder:
/Steam/steamapps//team fortress 2/tf/materials/VGUI/logos/

If either of the last two aren\'t there, you can make them yourself.

i have tried this and i need some help.
i have been using firefox and iexplorer. to save this. it comes up as an \".RAR\" file.
what do i do?
